1. Introduction

Welcome to InZone, operated by InZone, Inc. ("InZone," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InZone website located at inzone.ai, the InZone mobile application, and any related products, features, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 affirm they have permission to use the Platform under applicable local laws.

3. Scope of Services

InZone provides an interactive social networking experience that may include AI-powered chats, user-generated content, avatars, 3D/2D digital assets, messaging features, and online communities. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain Platform features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI-Generated Interactions

The Platform includes AI models designed for entertainment, creativity, and social interaction.

  • AI responses may be inaccurate, fictional, or inappropriate for certain contexts.

  • AI content is not professional, legal, medical, mental health, or financial advice.

  • Users should not rely on AI for critical decision-making.

  • Do not share sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information with AI.

By engaging with AI features, you acknowledge these limitations.

6. User-Generated Content

You may create, upload, or share content ("User Content"). You remain the owner of your User Content. However, by posting User Content on the Platform, you grant InZone a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and promote such content for Platform operation, marketing, community engagement, and product improvement.

You are responsible for all User Content you submit and must ensure you have the rights to share it.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others

  • Share, request, or solicit sexual, violent, discriminatory, or abusive content

  • Engage in illegal activity or encourage others to do so

  • Post misleading, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content

  • Use the Platform for spam, unauthorized advertising, or commercial solicitation

  • Circumvent security measures, reverse engineer, or misrepresent identity

  • Collect data from other users without consent

We may remove content or take enforcement action at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform technology, branding, software, designs, AI models, avatars, visuals, and features are owned by InZone or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to data collection, usage, and processing practices described therein.

10. Marketplace and Digital Goods

Users may purchase or earn virtual items, including avatar assets, digital effects, or in-app currency. Digital items:

  • Have no real-world monetary value

  • Are non-refundable except where legally required

  • May be modified, discontinued, or revoked if Terms are violated

Revenue-share programs, promotional payments, and influencer partnerships are governed by their own agreements.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InZone and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, reputation, or opportunities

  • Reliance on AI responses or User Content

  • Unauthorized access to your account or content

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

You may delete your account at any time.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Users waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or jury trials.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material updates will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
